Work Experience Proof-Express entry

Hello all,

I'm trying to apply for canadian PR through express entry.
My husband is the primary applicant.

1.He has work experience as an intern from May 2016-Oct 2016(Outside Canada).
2 . And regular work experience (outside Canada) from Oct 2016- Aug 2017( Planning to continue in this job role) as a series of extended contracts.

Contract 1: Oct 16 2016 - Mar 31 2017
Contract 2 : Apr 7 2017 - July 21 2017
Contract 3: July 24 2017- Present.

1. Will series of contract jobs directly with the company be a valid proof of work experience?
2. Will full time internship also be considered as work experience?

If I'll be submitting the application on July 2017, will the total work Experience satisfy minimum 1 year criteria to apply for express entry ?

You have to do your research regarding break in continuity and see if your husband meets the requirement of a year of continuous work experience.

His internship experience will be counted as long as it was paid, NOC 0, A or B and not part of his studies.

Sure I'm in the process of researching if work experience of 1 year with breaks are accepted for federal skilled worker.

Yes the internship was paid and was not part of his studies and comes under noc A .
