Work experience outside of Canada

- Experience in Canada: 1 year
- Experience in other countries : More than 10
- Currently outside of Canada

My question is do I need to mention the work experience or job details outside of Canada if it's not going to count? I read that if you are not going to claim the points then no need to mention that. I want to claim maximum points.

You only get max points for 3 years of foreign work experience. No points will be added on top of 3 years.

The rest should be in personal history.
