Hello,
Need help with selecting the job NOC for my work experience for the Express Entry profile.
1 - 6 months experience - Company 1 - Corporate Sales
2 - 19 months experience - Company 2 - Corporate Sales
3 - 12 months experience - Company 2 - Revenue Manager
- No gaps between any of these roles.
- 2nd and 3rd role are in the same company
- 1st and 2nd are sales roles, 3rd role is a business management role.
Questions -
a) I had read somewhere that the 3+ years of experience required for maximum points addition in the CRS score has to be of the same type, i.e same NOC code. Is that correct? That would mean I wont get the points for 3+ years of experience?
b) If the above information is not correct, and I am still eligible for the highest points, I read somewhere here in the forum that there is something called the primary NOC, which means the NOC code which you want to base your application on and that has to be your most latest job, and has to be atleast 12 months experience in the last job. Is this correct? If not, please clarify if there are any rules I should know off.
c) Also, I am not able to find the correct Job NOC for my 3rd work stint as there are no actual matches to this. How accurate does that have to be? Is there a vigilant check around this?
Thanks for the help.
