So, i am working in a Hotel as an Junior/assistant manager for a year. But in my oorganization there is no bankig system for salary. they usually use hand cash payment for salary. is my work experience will be validated for this occasion?

well can u prove the experience? Do u have tax documents that prove ur employment? will ur employer give u experience letter?

proof of employment is one of the "If applicable" item in the study permit check list . so employment experience does matter and if experience is related to the field of study it will be a positive thing in ur file. It does not mean if u dont have experience its bad but if u have it it certainly is a plus.
