Hey everyone,

Below is the format of my work experience letter which I have received from my last employer. Please let me know whether this will suffice the guidelines of CIC or not?

"Date - DD/MM/YYYY
This is to certify that Mr. my name (employee id) was employed with our organization from date to date.

He was designated as "my designation" and his last cost to company was Rs. XXX/- pa including the maximum performance incentives payout.

We wish him success in all his future endeavors.

Letter should include mandatory details i.e., job duties & responsibilities and should match with the NOC code you’re claiming for (under Skill level 0 A or B) otherwise your application will be rejected.

Try to get a letter to be as close to these points as possible. That's how IRCC check your eligibility. You can't nail it 100%, then try to attach LOE to explain your reasons
