work experience in Canada

I've worked for a Canadian company in BC for 4 years but in it's US office in Seattle, does that count for "work experience in Canada" for EE application? or it's just foreign work experience?

This is just the foreign work experience, not Canadian one !
Canadian Work Experience is only considered if it was obtained while residing physically inside Canada.
