Work experience in another country but with Local employer

Hi,

I've an issue regarding the country/territory selection for my work experience. I worked with my local employer for 6 years. Out of these 6 years, I worked for about 2 years in another country, but with my same employer. i.e. I was sent by my employer to another country for a project work.

Now I'm confused regarding country/territory in the work experience.

At the moment, I've entered my home country and city where my company is located as a single entry. Should I divide the work experience in 3 entries??

entry 1. Work in Home country with my employer
entry 2. Work in foreign country with the same employer
entry 3. Work in Home country with same employer

or should I leave it as a single entry with the location as my home country?

Also, I've received a PT notification from Ontario. If I modify my work experience in express entry profile, will it have any adverse effect on Ontario PT?

Presuming that your NOC did not change throughout those 6 years, keep it as a single entry. Modifying this won't make any difference to OINP.
