I have question regarding work experience: does one have to have a work experience in the area of study?
For example, someone with Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) and Masters of Commerce (no specialization) and has worked as HR recruitment specialist for 1.5 yrs.. does the work experience count? Or doesnone need experience in accounting? The noc code for HR specialist (#1223) says one can have university degree in Commerce.
