Work experience help

Hi,
Please help me to know if I am eligible to get experience points for this.
1. Worked at company A from Oct 2016 to 4 Feb 2017
Got leave and went to USA for staying there for four months.
Came back in June and joined the job back. Worked again from June 2017 till date.

If this is all the work experience you have then no as there is a break in continuity.

If both work experiences are in Canada, then yes, you can use them to claim points if they add up to 52 full-time weeks (or equivalent in part-time).
If both work experience are not in Canada, then no, you have to have 52 continuous full-time weeks of work experience (or equivalent in part-time).

6 months of continuous experience is considered at least

If not in Canada none of the above shall be considered.
