Hi All,
I've worked in the US for a few companies for about 3 years. There were times when I had a small gap period in work when my work permit expired, however I was able to renew it. My company decided to pay me during this time to retain my services.
Would I have to indicate the gap period as unemployed or would it be continuous employment since I got paid for the entire duration??
