work experience gained while on implied status counts for CEC EE ???

if some one is working fulltime while on implied status ( waiting for PGWP). Will that be counted as work experience under CEC EE profile??
Any thoughts??

Your implied status was a student, therefore work done at that time won't be counted toward CEC. Not sure about FSW.

yes as a student......!!
But my question is under CEC in CIC says "have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization"
So, isn't it proper authorization being on implied status as a study permit holder and working while you are not in studying and waiting for your PGWP...?

Proper authorization is required but not sufficient condition. Another condition for cec is that the work experience must be gained when not in student status. On the old cec forum there are multiple cases where ppl got refused for not enough expirence because in their appications they counted period of time before pgwp approval.
