Hi everone,
I'm writing to know about my eligibility for TR to PR pathway.
I would like to inform you that I've met almost all the conditions of eligibility for TR to PR pathway application namely
1. I'm now living in Canada
2. I have valid work permit with LMIA in Canada.
3. I've plan to live outside of Quebec.
4. I've met and exceed the language requirements, for my IELTS score is: (W.6, S. 6.5, L.6, R.5)
5. I'v currently working.
6. I've more that one year job experience in Canada.
7. I'm not a refugee claimer in Canada.
However, my work experience does not match with the NOC of eligible work experience, for my NOC is 4154 which is not available in the list of eligible work experience.
Now my question is that can I apply for TR to PR pathway in this situation?
