Work Experience Certificate from Employer

I am from India and have applied for express entry.
I have difficulty to get experience certificate from mine employer .
( In case i don't get PR & have to work in mine existing company then mine carrier can suffer)
So is there any other way to submit this.

Get a reference letter following IRCC's requirements from a colleague in plain paper and notarize this document.

Submit his/her business card if available.
