Work Experience and Reference Letters

My profile is as under.

1. May'2007-Jul'2008 with Employer1. (NOC 1312)
2. Jul'2008-Aug'2010 with Employer2. This is my base occupation in my EE profile. (NOC 1313)
3. Jan'2012-Apr'2013 with Employer3.
4. May'2013-Nov'2013 with Employer4.
5. Nov'2013-Feb'2015 with Employer5. (NOC 1254)
6. Mar'2015-Present with Current Employer. (NOC 2161)

My CRS is 411. IELTS Score is L-7.5, R-8, W-7.5, S-7.5. ECA is Masters Degree.

I have mentioned all the above experience in my EE profile.

My question is say I am unable to get reference letter from Employer3 and Employer4 due to any reasons such as HR policy does not allow to issue detailed roles and responsibilities reference letter or if I get a reference letter which is not having a suitable NOC. In this case, can I remove Employer3 and Employer4 experience from my EE profile. If in case, I do that then should I show other supporting documents such as Offer Letter, pay slips, relieving letter etc to prove that I was not unemployed during that period. If I remove Employer3 and Employer4, even then my CRS will not fall below 400 and I would be able to meet the criteria for OINP and FSWP.

Please advice guys.

Can anyone please help me with this. One of my previous companies HR has informed over email that they do not issue roles and responsibilities letter.

You are free to retain or remove any employment from your Work history as you please. You don't have to prove to IRCC whether you were or weren't unemployed. You get points for the work experience that shows up in your Work history. If you need the points, retain the jobs. If you don't need the points (or your points don't change), remove the jobs.
