Work experience along with full time studies does count as experience while applying for PR

Hi,
I had 1 year work experience in IT field along with my studies.
I used to go college from 7 am 12 am and the go to work from 1 pm to 6pm.

I also have experience letter from company , will this count as experience while applying for Canada PR ?
