Applicant is a school teacher in India she has worked continuous for 17months but principal is giving reference letter in 2 parts 9 months and 8 months saying because of 1 month summer holidays you have not work can not give one letter although that one month was paid by school so is it possible visa office count it as non continuous pls suggest thanks​

Do you have other proof that you were paid? I must say, if the letter clearly indicates that is not continuous, it may not get accepted as continuous.

Yes school paid full salary for that month as they pay each month direct deposit into the bank from school still its non continuous
 
Shouldn't be a problem, she just needs to explain the situation in her LOE.

According to the way work experience is defined for immigration purposes, this is continuous employment.

Thanks my concern is visa officer can go with employer says if school is considering is non continuous how can I accept it continuous work experience pls suggest
 
No, it doesn't matter how they perceive it, what matters is how the Canadian system works and what is equivalent to it internationally.

Your employment isn't broken when you're on paid vacation.
