I understand questions similar to this on how to get a reference letter, format etc have been answered multiple times and you might wonder why is this stupid question coming up again?
Please hear me out, and if you have faced a similar situation. I would like to get your suggestion.
The organization I worked at does not issue a reference letter addressed --> "TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN"
as per the company policy, instead, they are happy to give me a reference letter addressed to a specific person/ authority (i.e., Who will this actually be handed out to/ given once issued by the company and the purpose of such letter should be explicitly mentioned as well)
I have managed the purpose as Immigration to Canada
Who should it be addressed to? and so far I have no clue - I was thinking CIC or CBSA and an HQ address
