work exp question on AINP

Hi I have a question regarding work experience requirement for AINP.

I will have 1 year of work experience working on OPT by October 2009 and i am on student visa right now and will get H1-B visa in October. If I show this 1 year experience of mine on OPT will that suffice as work experience requirement for AINP?

Do i specifically have to show atleast 1 year work experience working on H1-B visa?
So i mean to clarify that in October 2009 if i get my H1-B i would have had 1 year of work experience on OPT. So can I apply in October 2009 based on my 1 year OPT experience or do I have to wait till October 2010 to have 1 year work experience on H1-B and then apply?

You, as a foreign candidate, can apply for a nomination from the AINP under the Strategic Recruitment Stream – U.S. Visa Holder Category if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
You are currently working in the United States in one of the following temporary skilled worker visa categories: H-1B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3.
You have a minimum of one year of work experience in the United States in one of the qualifying visa categories listed above.
You are working in an occupation on the AINP Occupations Under Pressure List for the Strategic Recruitment Stream – U.S. Visa Holder Category www.albertacanada.com/h1B

Somewhere in the old posts I remember when 1 person had called the AB office and asked the queston -- he had about 8 month on OPT and about 5 months on H1, and he was asked to apply as by the time he could get the nomination, he would have completed 1 year on H1 and would be eligible. Am not sure now as they have started making more restrictions. You could call them and ask or wait for till you complete atleast a couple of months on H1.
 
Thanks for all your replies friends. Does anyone have the phone number of the hotline or the email address where I can contact them? I tried to find in the Alberta Canada website but they have a contact form for all other categories except H1-B strategic US visa holder program. Thanks again for all your replies. This forum is indeed very helpful for a novice like me.
