Work during inactive term

Hi Guys .. just one question..

Does an international student, with study permit, requires any other work permit, other than off-campus work permit, to work full time during an inactive term/semester??

you can't work full time during active term. You can only work in scheduled breaks.If university gives you this break then no problem.

Yes you can work full time during your inactive term on your off-campus work permit. You do not need anything else for it.
