Hi all,

I did my masters from Canada (2 years) and I did 2 internships of four months each during inactive terms. I did not need a separate work permit to do these jobs, as my study permit allowed me to work full-time during breaks.

While filling express entry profile I have come across below questions while declaring the above Canadian work history:

Studying full-time while doing this job? A person must be in class at least 15 hours per week during the academic year to be considered full-time. This includes any period of training in the workplace that is part of the study program. (required)

Yes / No ?

>> Not sure what to do here. I was not going to school during this inactive term.

Which of these categories does job fall under?
1. No work permit required
2. Work permit required, no LMIA required
3. Work permit and LMIA required.

>> Again, no idea what to do here. I was working based on the conditions mentioned on my study permit. Same questions go for when I was a teaching assistant in the university. Can someone tell me whats the best answer here ?

Or should I not bother mentioning these experiences at all ?

Many thanks !
