Work conditions in study permit?

Hello,
I am an international student and am allowed to work on and off campus with certain conditions (I did not take the medical exam).
One of them says: "No primary/secondary school teaching"

I am applying to be a private tutor with a tutoring company for high school students and I am in doubt whether this condition applies to tutoring. I of course, do not want to break my permit's conditions but I cannot find any clarification on the CIC website about this condition... I have seen similar posts where it says that you can do daycare or work that involves people under 16 years old, if you spend less than 3 hours per day. But this does not sound very convincing to me.

My question is: Can I be a tutor even if I have that condition on my study permit? If so, why is that or how do you know?

Thank you in advance for your help!

No you cannot do that.
Do not risk your PR for not complying with the condition.
Find other job or get a medical exam inside Canada and appeal to have your condition changed.
