For studies, you have to pay your own way unless you are studying at the PhD or Master's level in which case there might be some funding available. If you are studying below the Master's PhD level, you will first need to be admitted to a program in Canada and will then have to apply for a study permit yourself. You'll need to have at least $25K in funds to be approved.

For a work permit, you first need to secure a job offer with an employer in Canada and that employer must obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a work permit tied to that specific employer. You should assume that the cost of your flight to Canada, food, accommodations, etc. will all have to be things you have to pay for yourself. There are no jobs or employers on this forum and you'll need to apply for jobs through job sites such as indeed and linkedin. Be very careful of job scams. If anyone asks you for any money in exchange for a job, it's a scam.

You will need to ask the school you want to attend if there is funding available for international students, how much is available, and how to apply. Not all Master's programs will have funding. Some will and some won't. At the Master's level, you should assume you will still have to pay for a portion of your tuition / living expenses yourself.

The first step is to identify the program and schools you want to attend. You can then contact these schools with your questions.
