I want to confirm the possibility of working and studying at the same time.

You mean on a study permit ? In which case you could work 20 hours a week only whilst attending a full time course.

Identify a course and college then apply for a study permit. If accepted you can work part time 20 hours a week and full time during scheduled breaks.

In case you are not aware to study in Canada expect to pay fees of 15000-18000 dollars a year plus approx 10000 dollars living expense so any work you are able to do will not cover your expenses
