Work and move to canada

I am graduate from a re-known university of Pakistan, I have completed my bachelors in software engineer and masters in information security from the same university. I am currently working as a Technical Software Lead in a multinational company in Pakistan. I have recently given IELTS and have secured a decent 6 band in it. I want to work in Canada and move there with my family. Can anyone suggest me how can I achieve that?

I hate to break it to you, but a 6-band is not decent. You are likely to bleed points in your language skills. EE is not hard to get 430+, but if your IELTS is bad, you will bleed points where you should not. The problem is the only variable that you can change quickly is your IELTS score. You can't make yourself younger and double the work experience, but you can ace IELTS easily.

Once you get 7.5+ in each band in IELTS, your EE score will improve drastically. FYI, this is the easiest to use calculator you can find online
