Hi,
I would like to get some information on my work address situation.

I work remotely from Toronto for a fully remote company with an address in Cobourg, Ontario. For my Express Entry profile, for the work experience section, I used the company address in Cobourg as the contact address, and my home address for the Intended location of employment, since I'll be working from home.

My employer has agreed to create a job offer for the international student stream (I studied here in Ontario) and for Business location where employee will work or report to work they filled out that the address is the same as the head office location in Cobourg, since for all legal purposes, I report to the headquarters. Is this the right approach? I assumed it would've been my home address, just like I filled out in my Express Entry application.

Also related to the address, my company made less than 1M last year, but I would like to know if this would be an issue, since the company's business address is in Cobourg there's no requirement to have made more than 1M.

1. These two program are not related. OINP job offer is non EE stream so profiles may not match. The location is where the job is.
2. Read the employer requirements and it gives revenue requirements. How many full time employees.

1. When you say "may not match" are you saying that it's ok if they don't match, or that there will be issues if they don't match. Like I said, I work from home in Toronto, but I report my work to Cobourg since that's our business address.
2. Revenue requirement is different for GTA and outside GTA. My question was more aimed at clarifying this requirement, since my position is from home, is my company considered inside or outside the GTA? The company has 6 Canadian citizens.

1. EE and OINP profiles are two different applications so may not match.
2. It is employer's revenue where it is based not where you work.

Hi! thanks for answering again, but your wording is confusing me a bit.
1. EE and OINP profiles are two different applications so may not match.
So what you're saying is:
a)It's ok if the EE and OINP profiles don't match in terms of where I report to work
or
b)They might not match and be flagged by IRCC and I should update them to be the same in both applications
2. It is employer's revenue where it is based not where you work.
So it would be ok to think that since the company address is in Cobourg outside the GTA, there's no need to have 1M in revenue?

1. It is okay because EE and OINP job offer are not tied together. You don't get points for the stream.
