Withdrew my EE Entry profile and created new one with the old GC Key

Hi friends I did withdraw my EE profile yesterday for taking up the OOPNP. But I created a new profile using the old CIC account and the old GC key .I have not yet created a job bank profile.Do we use the same GC key or create a new one.Please advise urgent help needed.

I think,its better,if you create everything brand new.I did the same thing and I have received OOPNP letter as well.

Will there be a problem if I withdraw my profile twice.Also after I withdraw my profile again do I have to revoke the GC key? Congratulations on getting the OOPMP.t

I understand that creating a new profile with a new GC key will work. But I have a doubt regarding the occupation regulation.

-Are Software Engineers regulated?

-If Yes, Can I apply before getting the professional License?

- How much time does it take to get the license, for those who are working in India and have no canadian experience?

Please suggest.
