I applied for my study permit last year in October and it got refused upon me not submitting my biometrics.Whereas the biometric letter reflected into my account same time with the refusal.I really tried to raise a query but all was in vain.After accepting all this i then re applied last month on the 5th of October and by God’s grace everything seemed to move smoothly.I submitted my biometrics on the 8th of February.But to my surprise today i just received a message in my account that application has been withdrawn.How is that possible.I did not withdraw my application and i would like it to be processed .If anyone can help please .How can the application be withdrawn when i did not request a withdrawal .Please kindly assist
