who can withdrawn applicant file instead of applicant in cec. employer can or not.
THX

I do not think anybody can withdraw your CEC application except you or your representative on your behalf if you have one or somebody who has all your information and pretends to be you.

PNP that is based on your employers support can be withdrawn by the employer but CEC is not based on the employers support. Once you qualify, you can even leave Canada and apply under CEC. There is no requirement to keep working.

thank you
representative cannot do without applicant permission right

They shouldn't do it without your permission but if they were to do it anyway, same if you have been telling people that you have an application going, your full name, DOB and file number and one of them cancelled it pretending to be you, it's very hard to take that back once it's been cancelled.

If you have a representative appointed and you do not trust them, you should contact immigration and ask for their privileges to represent you to be removed as you do not want them any more.

Employer cannot do anything with applicant file.

The employer can not ask for your file to be withdrawn. It is none of his business that you are applying. Does your employer have a problem with you applying under CEC?

yeah i have little problem also he is my representative

Then you have a problem. As your representative with immigration, your employer could do all kinds of things on your behalf, even withdraw your file. You need to send an email or fax to CIC asap and tell them that you want to remove him as your representative. Has he threatened to withdraw your application?

Here is the form to appoint or cancel a representative: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/representative.asp

yeah he said he can cancel ur file . i am almost end of the my file i sent my medical nearly one month ago

is there any delay in application for cancelling the representative appointment.

Whether there is or isn't, you should mail it immediately and hope it gets there faster than your employers request to withdraw if he goes ahead with it. At the same time, you should also phone CIC and tell them that you have had a disagreement with your employer who is also your representative and you have sent the request to remove him but ask if they can put a note on your file not to withdraw it unless it is made by yourself.

if employer says worker is fire from work . So it doesnot matter right.

Hi Leon, I have a similar problem with my current employer but not exactly the same as Paulharry. I should not apply for PR as per the agreement with my employer and he would not support me in providing any docs towards the same. I was just wondering how can I submit a letter of employment which includes my job responsibilities, working hours etc...? Is there an alternative to this employment letter which can be submitted to CIC?

ask for refference letter which states that you were working there and had this job responceblities .............!!!

but for cec i think your noc and worke permit which has two years full time permit and skill level o.a.b..........!!! is enough

My employer normally gives a reference letter if I want to lease an apartment or apply for a VISA for my parents or some other generic things. It might have the job responsibilities but may not be the working hours. My employer will easily get a doubt that I am applying for PR if I ask more details. Can I submit my paystubs for 2 years which includes all the employer details along with the working hours?
