withdrawing of WHV (POE letter valid)

Hello all,

I have obtained a WHV and I already have obtained the POE letter. I have until February 2019 to enter Canada and validate the visa.

Problem is I just signed for a new job and I probably won't go to Canada, I will have to withdraw my WHV/POE.

I understood I won't get the refund but that's ok, my question is will I still be able to apply again for a WHV in the future ?
