withdrawing application

My working holiday got refused as my conditional acceptance letter was outdated.

I withdrew the application though i have not had confirmation of withdrawal (how long does this usually take?)

Now the withdrawal button isn't there anymore but my application is, is this normal?

How do i start a new Application?

Please help!!
