WITHDRAWAL OF EE PROFILE

I registered my profile with an English language score of 6.5 in one of the Modules though I had an overall score of 7. Upon obtaining an overall band of 7.5 with L/7.5, R/7.5, W/7.5 and S/7.0, I have tried updating/modifying my profiles based on this new score following the instruction on the platform. Unfortunately, the options are greyed out and I have not been able to do that. Can anyone advise on how to withdraw or modify my profile based on the new language score.

You can log into your My CIC account and withdraw your existing EE profile. Then you can create a new EE profile with your new IELTS scores.
