withdrawal of application after 1st AOR

If anybody withdraws his application rather than sending complete document after 1st AOR then will his application payment return by CIO

it should be under the pre jun 2010 rules anyway.

No refund, your applicaton was already processed by the CIO , if you received the first AOR (thats what the first payment is for) then CIO processed your application. You had to withdraw before they began processing your application in order to get refund from CIO.
