Hello guys,

I am from Asia and presently in Canada on a visit visa. Some issues came up at my home country while I am here in Canada which makes me believe I will need protection and my life will be in danger if I return home. Through a lawyer I applied to Legal Aid Ontario 2 weeks ago and was accepted but I haven't submitted my claims at the refugee office yet. Fortunately now I have been exonerated from the case back home and is there a way I can withdraw my application from Legal Aid Ontario and clear my records with them before I return home and I hope in the future this will not affect me when applying for another Canada visa as I have not applied for the asylum at any office.

Thanks all.

If you haven't applied refugee then you can return to Canada anytime.
Legal aid won't effect anything as long as you withdraw your legal aid application
