Withdraw previous FSW application and making a new FSW application

Hi,

Can anyone please advise me on this.

I have applied for Fsw 2013 with arranged Employment but now have to withdraw the application as I have lost the job that I have used for fsw application. Now my category 3142 is in the eligible occupations list so i want to apply through NOC stream with proof of funds.

do I need to wait until withdrawal process to complete to make a new fsw application?

As long as you have all the documents to make a complete application under the FSW occupation stream viz: Original IELTS & ECA, work experinece letter etc and you don't mind the cost of paying for another processing fee, you can apply under the NOC you are qualified (3142)

It is not a crime to have two application running side by side, it is just that only one will be processed to conclusion if both made it that far, you will be asked to withdraw one and you are not entititled to any refund
