Withdraw inland and sending outland immediately

A little advise needed, can u send a request through webform that you want to immediately withdrawing your inland application because you are leaving the country and plan to summit a outland package right away

Question can you send the request to ircc and then summit the outland package the same day,

IRCC reviews requests to withdraw applications to determine if they should be refused for something like misrepresentation first.

Given the time it takes to process both a withdrawal request and initial acknowledgement of receipt, it may work out okay. But I'd advise you to first request withdrawal and once that has been confirmed to submit the outland application. It's about a 30 day delay.
