withdraw / fefund

I have applied on 2008-10-25 for federal skilled workers class from Nepal but it is in pending status. now, my status has been increased as a college lecturer. I am interested to withdraw.
please suggest where should i send my application for withdrawal?
at New Delhi or
centralized intake office Canada

If you initially applied in New Delhi and sent all the documents there, send a withdrawal application to ND as well. If they need to re-route it to some other office, they will do it internally.

I didn't quite understand the bit "Status has been increased as lecturer", is it that you have been promoted and want to withdraw, if so than the office you have to contact would be new delhi, you can still continue with ur application process if you are still interested as changing or promotion in ur profession doesn't disqualify u from immigrating to Canada.
