Send it to New Delhi Visa Office not CIC. I just don't know whom to address it because I paid my RPRF and Visa processing fee together. Wait for others to share their two cents.

found out whom to address, it should either be to the 'receiver general of canada' or to the 'canadian high commision, New delhi, India'.......also got an email with the medical request form......i will complete all requirements within 1-2 weeks and forward to NDVO......how long do you suppose the process takes from there on??? curious since my sponsor in canada(uncle) is coming for a visit and i'm trying to match departure date together if possible.......

I have no idea how long NDVO takes to process from MR. In the Philippines, it takes around 2-3 months after MR. It's also a case by case basis, medical results might take longer, or additional requirements will be asked after that etc.

See if anyone who already went through a similar experience from NDVO will respond.

Does the sponsor have to be tenured for him/her to sponsor somebody for provincial nomination? In my case, my brother works part-time. My sister-in-law works also part-time but longer hours and much bigger salary compared with my brother. Can both of them sponsor me? Will my status of my brother (part-time) affect my application?

I hope the seniors can answer.. TIA.

looks like the long wait is finally coming to an end......completed the medical exams today......will be sending PP, RPRF and other additional docs as requested by NDVO within this week.....

Anybody has info on how long it will take from there onward????

Dear All,

I had a word with migration agent and they said it is not possible to
file another application under the same province (MPNP).

Before in Jan 2013 I have applied under general stream with 1 year experience (hard copy of application)

Now I want to apply under family stream with 2+ year experience (online application)

Rest will remain same...........

I just want to comment you guys with ur experience on this issue

Can I lodge another application or not?

ECAS medicals results have been received: 25th March, 2014.

Will be sending PP, RPRF + additional docs today: 26th March, 2014

You don't have to send a copy of your medicals, it will automatically reach NDVO.

Wait for NDVO to request your passport and any additional documents.

One question guys..

I have a friend in Manitoba who is ready to nominate/referred as friend for my PNP application but he also doing PR for his mother in law?
Can he still be able to nominate me for MPNP? I heard that friend/relative should not sponsor any other candidate but I am not sure about it.

Hi, I had few concerns regarding medical, if someone can answer then please guide here.

in 2010, my wife's Humerus Bone or say Arm Bone was broken and now she has plates in the bone, the bone is fixed now, but the plates are still on. The arm is bit stiff as it stays at around 45 to 60 angle. She is able to do all work. Does this can effect my case where i have family class sponsorship program.

I also had few injuries , like my Posterior Ligament was broken but was fixed by doctors long back and now i am fully recorved, i can run, do gym and all seems good now.

So, will that above conditions can effect my case in Medical? I am i India - punjab

Please guide
