winning Residency Obligation Hearing based on H C Grounds

Hello,
I have 1 question,If I win the hearing on H and C Grounds.Will the days I stayed in Canada(about 2 years) will be counted for the citizenship from the day i entered Canada(i satyed in canada 1 year and half waiting for my hearing) or from the hearing decision.

I believe that, IF you win, they will certainly be counted as residency days for the Residency Obligation requirements and therefore should also be counted towards citizenship.
