Will working for Canadian gov't i.e. employed in Consulate help?

I have this theoretical question:

I am a holder of a P.R. Card. I went back to my country of origin to accompany my spouse (who is already a naturalized Canadian citizen) and I happened to find employment in a Consulate of Canada.

My question is that:

Will my employment/working for a Consulate of Canada counts toward days in Canada?

Will this be enough for me to apply for Canadian Citizen?

Other facts:

I almost completed my 1095days of stay in Canada.

I hope someone can help me with this theoretical question.

1. No, as I think you will find that you are classified as "locally engaged staff" so it won't count towards citizenship.

No it will not count, when they say physical presence they mean you have to "physically" be in Canada, with your whole/complete/entire body, soul, mind, thought, feelings, everything

if you have already completed the 1095 days already,you may apply and leave.
When you work for the consulate ,you are local employee, does not count anything toward your residency for citizenship.
Since your wife is canadian...you will be able to maintain your PR status only.
