Will WES really reject my transcripts if I send them from different city.

I just recieved my transcripts of 3 year polytechnic Diploma from head office which is in Chandigarh sector 36. The lady at the counter while giving me transcripts said that I should send/courier it from same sector i.e. sector 36 only or Chandigarh. Otherwise WES will reject my transcripts.

Is this really true? Will WES really reject my transcripts if I send it from anywhere outside sector 36 or outside Chandigarh. She also said that this rejection thing has happened with lots of peoples before bcoz they send/courier it from their home districts.

What should I do? Im thinking of sending it from my city i.e. Mohali. And Mohali is adjacent city of Chandigarh. Its a big and popular city.

Also, I've a bachelor degree transcript too that I'm sending alongwith diploma transcripts in same envelope. Will that be a problem?

In what situations wes rejects somebody's documents?

Should i send it from same city where issuing head office is situated? Pls tell

You can send it yourself from a different city. There is no problem in that. One of my friend did that.

I think this is true in present scenario after policy changes on Dec 01 2018
