I am curious what happens if we don't get PPR before Medicals expire??? Can we request an extension or would we have to re do the Medicals??? I have a feeling we will get it soon as we sent in our PGR but my husband won't be ready to pack up and come right away....I am wondering if this will be a problem.

I think there's a bit of wiggle room. My medical expires in November, yet my COPR expires some time in December.

either CIC will extend the medical or they will request a new one. there is nothing to do unless you are notified by cic to do something. do not get another medical because you assume the old one is no good. more than likely it will be extended.
