Hi Everyone, I’m gathering all my documents after receiving my ITA but I’m still hesitant on whether the NOC I’m using is accurate to the duties I performed in my role. I just can’t seem to find any other NOC with a better match.
Do you think the following duties will be sufficient for the officer to associate them with NOC 11201?
  • Analyzed organizational structure and internal operational processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
  • Developed and implemented performance measurement systems, including key performance indicators, to monitor operational results and support executive decision-making through analytical, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Conducted feasibility studies and prepared technical and financial assessments for investment projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepared, reviewed, and evaluated project proposals and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Designed and maintained structured monitoring and reporting systems to support project oversight, progress tracking, and performance measurement, including the use of project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Prepared analytical reports and strategic recommendations for senior management concerning project pipeline status, engineering team performance, and the company’s financial position in support of informed decision-making.
  • Contributed to the development and implementation of corporate strategy, innovation initiatives, and continuous process improvement activities across the organization.

Most often the problem is with generic duties listed on a reference letter. If you can, get more specific ones, this way it will be easier to identify a correct NOC.
