Will I be able to bring in items from Goods to follow ( including Gold declared earlier ) after 1 year of landing date without tax ??

If you have listed goods in the B4, it doesn't matter when they are are shipped. If you have not listed them, you are liable for tax and duty, even if they are shipped immediately after you land. You only get one chance to submit the B4 as a new settler.
