Will there be a problem if we apply for Canada PR and Canada ICT

Hi, I have applied for Canada PR via Express entry program and waiting for feedback. Wanted to know if I get a chance to apply for ICT or WP via my company will this affect my Canada PR processing of vice versa.

Appreciate if I can get some help in this regards.
