Will sponsored wife can sposored other after devorced ex husband

My friend daughter sponsored by her ex husband to get her Permanent resident, and she was granted with the PR. and now they are no longer together will my friend daughter be able to sponsored her new husband?

She has to wait until 5 years since the date she landed as a PR has passed. In other words, if she landed 2011, she cannot sponsor her new husband until 2016.
