I have applied to University of Windsor and University of Regina for Masters program. For the financial matter I have deposited 4 million PKR in my personal account. I'll submit an affidavit from my father side to show him as my sponsor. My question is, will a sales deed (Sold Some Land) work as source of funds in this case.?
