I have seen many posts about property evaluation (CA Certificate) being mentioned as one of the documents which they uploaded for their parents supervisa application.
I am in process of preparing the documents for parents supervisa and my parents cannot have this document prepared. infact their property documents are in India's local language like Hindi/Gujarati so planning to attach those along with a letter from my parents talking about the same.
Can somebody review and confirm if above approach is okay and if submitting a CA certificate evaluating the property is actually good for the supervisa application.
