hey guys i had a concern my visa was rejected in 2008 twice on for the temporary resident visa

So i wanted to know would that affect my student visa?

my academics r good i just had a 1 year gap and dont have any work experience so what r the chances of me getting my student visa?

it doesnt affect your upcoming visa. because it is not your fault unless you break the rules. there may be a problem one year gap. you should get a job at least 6 months just before applying to visa. I hope i could understand your position. because your explanation is not clear. if you ask again, we are here.

not enough information to judge whether you would even qualify such as your actual education qualifications, language ability , planned course, home country ties and so on. The one year gap not usually an issue although if not having worked at all that might come into what your long term career intentions are in attending education in Canada. What were the reasons in 2008 for rejection ?
