Will Ottawa office send the Confirmation of Permanent Resindense overseas?

Hello,

I have received the PPR letter a week ago. It contained instructions of which documents to send and the address of the Ottawa visa office. Since I'm from visa exempt country I was required to send the photocopies of my and my family members passports, so I sent everything to Canada.

Then, I've read here in the forum that people send their documents to the Canadian embassies in their home countries. Now I'm worried because I'm not sure that Ottawa office will accept my documents and whether they will send the confirmation overseas.

Was anyone here in similar situation?

Update:

Sent an email to Ottawa office asking this same question. They replied me that they don't send documents abroad. Now I'm worried that if I send the documents to my home country office, this will create some kind of a problem with my documents being processed twice.
