Got accepted to McGill late on July 14th for Fall 2020 intake and as such was only able to apply for my CAQ in the later half of July. Assuming I get that sometime in August, is it likely that my study permit will be processed faster as a result of me having a CAQ already checked by Quebec MIFI? I really don't want to be waiting 4 months for my study permit :/
